The apartment at Citadines On Bourke Melbourne was so spacious and comfortable. The fully equipped kitchen made it easy to cook for the kids, and the separate living room was perfect for relaxing after a long day of sightseeing. The 2 bathrooms were a lifesaver with kids.

I found the lighting in the bathroom a bit dim, but it's just my personal preference.

Modern and clean apartment, helpful staff, perfect CBD location, serviced daily, comfortable and spacious.

As adventure travelers, we loved the convenient location with a tram at the doorstep and a train station just a 5-minute walk away - making it incredibly easy to explore both the city and its surroundings. The salt chlorinated pool and spotless gym were a great bonus for us, providing relaxation and fitness options during our stay. The friendly front desk staff allowed us to check in early, making the process super easy. we found the facilities excellent, the price great value, and the rooms nice and clean.

Staying here made my trip comfortable and convenient, as the hotel is close to everything; a tram stop right outside, main shopping district, big shopping malls, and great cafes. I stayed at the hotel for a week, and I enjoyed having a kitchenette so I could cook my meals, and the staff was friendly and accommodating. The bed was very comfortable, and I appreciated the spacious gym with excellent equipment, including kettlebells and medicine balls. I also had cocktails and dinner at Heirloom restaurant, good as the food was delicious, and the price was affordable.

We really enjoyed our stay at this venue. The location is excellent, right at a tram stop and within walking distance to Chinatown where we found plenty of great eating options. The staff were very helpful and accommodating, offering great service such as room service and car hire. The room was very comfortable and clean, with a good selection of amenities including a kitchen and washing machine. We particularly enjoyed the indoor swimming pool, sauna, and fitness studio.
