The apartment at Citadines On Bourke Melbourne was so spacious and comfortable. The fully equipped kitchen made it easy to cook for the kids, and the separate living room was perfect for relaxing after a long day of sightseeing. The 2 bathrooms were a lifesaver with kids.

I found the lighting in the bathroom a bit dim, but it's just my personal preference.

Modern and clean apartment, helpful staff, perfect CBD location, serviced daily, comfortable and spacious.

The salt chlorinated pool and spotless gym were a great bonus for us, providing relaxation and fitness options during our stay. The friendly front desk staff allowed us to check in early, making the process super easy. we found the facilities excellent, the price great value, and the rooms nice and clean.

Staying here made my trip comfortable and convenient, as the hotel is close to everything; a tram stop right outside, main shopping district, big shopping malls, and great cafes. I stayed at the hotel for a week, and I enjoyed having a kitchenette so I could cook my meals, and the staff was friendly and accommodating. The bed was very comfortable, and I appreciated the spacious gym with excellent equipment, including kettlebells and medicine balls. I also had cocktails and dinner at Heirloom restaurant, which was delightful as the food was delicious, and the price was affordable.

I keep coming back because the staff is amazing; they assisted me with a room issue late at night. This place suits me perfectly, with Wi-Fi, 24-hour reception, fitness studio, indoor pool, sauna. I'm returning for another trip.

My wife says that the room's single beds were a bit small for our teenage kids, making for a slightly less comfortable sleep for them.

Wij hadden een fantastisch verblijf in dit hotel. De douche was geweldig en het bed was comfortabel. Gelukkig waren de faciliteiten in het hotel natuurlijk prima. Er was een Burger King, Starbucks en een benzinestation met een grote shop waar je alles kon kopen. Gelukkig waren we erg blij met de locatie, aangezien het hotel dichtbij het ziekenhuis lag en we zonder stress op tijd bij onze afspraak konden zijn. Het personeel was vriendelijk en behulpzaam en dacht graag met ons mee. Een ander positief aspect was dat we een late check-out konden regelen, zodat we nog vroeg konden sporten. De kamer was schoon en de locatie was gemakkelijk bereikbaar met de auto.

We really enjoyed our stay at this venue. The location is excellent, right at a tram stop and within walking distance to Chinatown where we found plenty of great eating options. The staff were very helpful and accommodating, offering great service such as room service and car hire. The room was very comfortable and clean, with a good selection of amenities including a kitchen and washing machine. We particularly enjoyed the indoor swimming pool, sauna, and fitness studio.
